Apple Leaks Hints About In-Display Touch ID And Punch-Hole Camera For iPad Mini 6

Apple recently revamped the range of smartphones, and although several of the models are refreshed internally, some products include new prototypes. Today, it seems like there might be a new concept and other intriguing features for the company’s forthcoming iPad Mini 6.

David Kowalski, who has previously leaked details related to gadgets such as Google Pixel 5, Samsung Galaxy Note20, and Apple iPhone 12 Pro, talks about the revised version for the Apple iPad Mini 6.

He already exchanged details about the Apple iPad Pro (2021) and now he says that the company will use an in-display Touch ID fingerprint sensor in the new data for the iPad Mini 6. In the region of Touch ID, the renders display a cutout that could be only for example purposes.

The punch-hole cutout for housing the front-facing camera is another aspect that is being recorded. If that is the case, the company will be able to reduce the height of the bezels, allowing consumers a full-screen experience.

It also seems to be in line with what Ming-Chi Kuo said with a 9.1-inch display on the iPhone Mini 6. Yeah, similar to what previous versions of the iPad Mini series featured, the system is supposed to come with a bigger monitor.

The Apple A14 chipset, which is the same chip that powers the recently introduced iPhone 12 series, is expected to power the device. The computer, along with the iPad Pro 2021 and iPhone SE 2021, could be released in March as far as availability is concerned.
