Apple Unveils New iPod Touch Featuring A10 Fusion Chip

Great news for all the iPod lovers out there. Apple has just released a newer version of iPod Touch after four long years. Many did not expect that the company would actually upgrade the iPod Touch but it is finally here now and the new model has been upgraded with A10 Fusion Chip which also powers the iPhones and iPads.

The new iPod Touch is very similar in design to the older version which was released back in 2015. It has the same classic home button, 4-inch screen and different colors to choose from. We don’t know why Apple would even consider bringing back the iPod to the masses considering there is already an iPhone to stream music and you can also do the same on an iPad. But, there are still many fans of iPod who would be willing to get their hands on this product as soon it available in the market.

Compared to the A8 chip which powered the older iPod Touch, the A10 chip is very powerful and robust. With the help of this chip, the new iPod Touch can now run group FaceTime calls and also support ARKit apps without any lags or glitches.

The new device can be unlocked with the same old passcode feature and you won’t have the Touch Id and Face ID like you have on an iPhone. There is also a headphone jack to plug-in your headphones and listen to music anytime.

The new iPod Touch will come in three models – 32GB of storage for $199, 128GB of storage for $399 and 256GB of storage for $399.
