Google Mobile App Updated

According to a recent poll conducted by TheAppleGoogle, users seem to love the Google Mobile App for iPhone, iPod touch and iPad. Google’s Mobile Team is constantly working on the App and is fixing bugs and improving the performance.

Today, Google updated its Mobile App for iPhone to version 0.5.2.3728. A complicated version number though, but Google loves it. The current version fixes the following issues –

1. Fixes Rotation in the Apps Tab
2. Fixes audio contamination issues for both iPhone and iPad.
3. Changes more button to be a popover for iPad.

iPad Software Update Coming Soon

According to an updated support document listed on Apple’s website, it appears that Apple is about to release a new software update for the iPad which would fix Wi-Fi issues which some users are facing.

Few months back, a storm of users complained about Wi-Fi issues that they were facing with their elegant new device. Apple did respond and released a support document on their website instructing users on how to solve them. Here’s what the updated support document says –

“A very small number of iPad users have experienced issues with Wi-Fi connectivity. This article outlines workarounds for these issues. Apple will also address remaining Wi-Fi connectivity issues with a future iPad software update.”
