The latest Android 11 Beta includes support for 62 new emojis, the number goes up to 117 emojis along with variations. Interestingly, this is the first official announcement made by Google in the context of the new upcoming operating system. Twitter DMs Now Support Emoji Reactions

Twitter has finally implemented the much awaited emoji reactions to Direct Messages. To make use of this feature, you can either tap the small “heart-plus” icon beside the text or double-tap on a message to open the emoji reactions menu.

Before officially announcing the new emoji reactions, Twitter had teased their users with a tweet “sliding into your DMs like” along with seven emojis. The steady increase in the use of emojis on the platform could be a motivating factor contributing to its launch. Twitter has joined much to the likes of Facebook and Instagram with the implementation.
