Apple recently has launched a beta version of its new software update of the Watch OS 3.2 and has introduced new developer-related features for the watch on currently shipping devices. According recent reports by the analytic firm Flurry, Apple iPhones and Apple iPads in aggregate comprised 49.1 percent of new device activations from Dec. 19 to Dec. 25. This is however slightly lesser than last year’s 51.3 percent.Samsung came in second with their new device activations going up from 17.7 percent in 2014 to 19.8 percent this year. Samsung’s rise in sales according to Flurry is due to its large smartphones like the Galaxy Grand Prime, Core Prime, and S6.
