Launch Date Of New iPad Mini Might Be Delayed

On Monday, analyst Ming-chi Kuo said that the launch of the next-generation iPad Mini has been shifted to the second half of 2021. According to him, this shift might be because of supply chain constraints.

The new sixth-generation iPad Mini is a very important launch in apple’s iPad series. The iPad Mini will be having an 8-inch screen which will be very useful for the smaller hand and also be very travel-friendly. The iPad Mini supports the Apple Pencil too, thus notes can also be taken in this. The starting price of the iPad Mini is Rs. 34,900.

A lot has been heard from the last few months about the iPad Mini. It was said that this device will be a little different in appearance from the already existing ones. The screen size has been increased to 8.4 inches from 7.9 inches. However, there won’t be the flat-edge design that is present in the iPad Pro or the new iPad Air. The new device will be having the Touch ID home button at the bottom.

Kuo has further said that a new version of the iPad Mini with a mini-LED display is already in the making. This won’t release this year though. Just some time back Apple had revamped its iPad Pro models and the best model now has a mini-LED display. This technology means that thousands of small LEDs are used to create light for an LCD. The new iPad pro consists of the M1 processor that is the same as inside the MacBook Air and iMac.

Kuo had also recently said that Apple is going to launch its first-ever foldable iPhone in 2023.
