The summit sees the launch of the new Snapdragon 865 and Snapdragon 765 processors which will be housed in many upcoming smartphones from various brands.
Xiaomi has been associated with the Snapdragon chip since many years and they have used the Snapdragon 8 series in several of their previous devices. Thus, there is no surprise that Xiaomi is taking this partnership ahead and we will see more of the new Snapdragon processors in their yet to be released phones.
Speaking at the summit, Bin Lin, Xiaomi founder said that Xiaomi is proud to announce that they will be introducing our flagship Mi 10 in 2020 Q1 and it will be one of the world’s first smartphones to feature the flagship Snapdragon 865 Mobile Platform.
Mi 10 will also be first 5G enabled smartphone from the company and they will be launching 10 more phones that support 5G in 2020. This shows how the company has planned everything in advance and is expected to roll out these 5G phones with powerful Snapdragon processors in succession.
The company is expected to launch the Mi 10 in early 2020 and it could happen at the Mobile World Congress in February 2020. It is expected to be high-end with improved camera and gaming performance.
