It has been only a month since Xiaomi launched the new smartphones in its Redmi Note Series – the Redmi Note 8 and Redmi Note 8 Pro and the sales have been just phenomenal. The company has sold 1 million units of these devices in just a month breaking all previous sales records in India.
The smartphones are specifically made for the budget oriented consumers and delivers on the value for money quotient. The company took to Twitter on their Redmi India page to announce this milestone and said that they are thrilled about the Redmi Note 8 series selling 1+ MILLION units in a month and thanked fans for the love they showed for both the 64MP and 48MP beasts.
The new Redmi Note 8 series follows the Redmi Note 7 series that was launched last year. This time around the company added several new features and enhancements that actually left people surprised. The Redmi Note 8 PRo comes with the MediaTek Helio G90T gaming chip making it a very powerful device to play games without any lags and of course the game turbo engine makes gaming even more efficient.
