A new image leak from China has revealed the specifications for Xiaomi’s upcoming Redmi K30 smartphone series. Although we cannot see all the specs, we know so far that the device will have a 6.66-inch screen with a 120 Hz refresh rate. The image also clearly shows the dual front-facing cameras similar to the ones you see on Samsung Galaxy S10+.
Xiaomi has already confirmed that Redmi K30 phone will be 5G enabled while the details on other rumored features are yet to be heard from the company. But the leaked image gives us a fair idea of the what this phone will hold and look like at least from the front. A week back we had seen one more leak for Redmi K30 where the phone was spotted in the hands of a commuter in China’s subway transit. Although that was very surprising since the phone has not yet been launched, but it did look more like the Redmi K30 or a Redmi K30 Pro.
The Redmi K20 series surely has been a hit among the consumers, it will be very interesting to see how K30 fares upon its launch next year. But coming back to the leaked imaged, it is confirmed that the phone will have 120 Hz display which has never been seen in a Xiaomi smartphone including the dual-camera setup. The phone will run on MIUI 11 and we could be looking at an Adreno 618 GPU on the Redmi K30 and and a Snapdragon 800 series processor on the Redmi K30 Pro.
