Google had released its new AI-based Voice Recorder application with the Pixel 4 lineup and left many older Pixel users wondering if they will receive the App on their device. The company has just confirmed on Reddit that it will be bringing the Recorder App for older Pixel users very soon.

One of the users had expressed the desire to have the App on their older Pixel phone to which Google executive replied and said that he is thankful for expressing interest in the Recorder app and they plan to roll it out to older Pixel devices in a future software update.

The App basically works by making use of Artificial Intelligence to convert the recorded audio into text in real time. In addition to this, it can also find some specific words or music in that file which can be very useful for many users.

Pixel 4 models was launched by Google in October 2019 and it came with many new features like the 90HZ display and the gesture based Motion Sense technology. The camera is great like always with 8MP selfie camera and triple lens camera on the rear – 12MP dual camera and a 16MP telephoto camera.
