Image Leak On macOS Catalina Shows Touch ID Layout For The 16-Inch MacBook Pro

An image discovered on the unreleased macOS Catalina 10.15.1 shows the TouchID panel for the upcoming 16-inch MacBook Pro. We have hearing on a lot of rumors for this laptop lately but this piece of info is solid because you can see this image right inside the macOS.

The picture shows to have a separate Touch ID/ power key from the Touch Bar panel for the 16-inch MacBook Pro. The current lineup of MacBook Pro laptops have both these panels combined where the Touch ID function unlocks the laptop with your fingerprint and the Touch Bar helps you access many functions within the macOS and your Apps.

Apart from this, we don’t see any big changes with design of this laptop which were being spoken about in the recent reports. The final version of macOS Catalina is not out yet and what we have so far are only the release builds which people have been testing out and finding clues for the 16-inch MacBook Pro.

We see only a part of the MacBook Pro in the leaked image, so we are not sure how the actual product will look like at the moment. A proper digital render for this laptop will give us a fair idea on that even though we will have to wait to know about the hardware and software specifications.

Also, several users are demanding for the Escape Key in the new MacBook Pro as there is no escape key in the current lineup of MacBook Pro. But, we cannot see the Escape key in this image which may have been already added by Apple.
