Apple Music has finally added the support from Chromecast on their Android App along with the much needed dark mode. The latest version of the Android operating system – Android 10, brought the system wide dark mode and the addition of dark mode on Apple Music App will make it even better for smartphones running on Android 10.
Every other App is now trying to catch up on the dark mode after the release of Android 10. But the most interesting feature that Apple has added is Chromecast, which is actually used by a lot of users to cast music and videos on TV. It will now make it easier for all Android users to cast and stream Apple Music directly from the App without having to use any third-party Apps. Users can also stream to non-Chromecast devices like Google Home and Google Assistant-powered speakers.
With this new update, Apple Music Android App will also let you stream and play radio stations from iHeartRadio, TuneIn and Radio.com. This is fantastic because for those who get bored listening to the usual playlists can tune into radio and explore unique songs from around the world. Not only this, users will have access to over 10,000 radio stations right inside the Apple Music App.
Sources say that Chromecast was available on Apple Music beta since August and the company has now finally made it official on the Android App. We aren’t aware about the Chromecast support for the iOS App but we are expecting it to be in the works.
