Apple Launches The New 7th Generation iPad

In the ongoing launch event, Apple has announced the new iPad which is slightly bigger in size – 10.2″ than the previous model – 9.7″. The best thing about this new iPad is that it will support the Apple Pencil just like we had heard about it from several sources recently.

The company has launched the new 10.2″ iPad for a price of $399 for regular customers and for a price of $299 for educators. This new iPad will also support the Smart Keyboard which is basically a portable keyboard which you can connect instantly with the iPad.

Apple has been really making massive efforts to improve its iPad line-up in the past year or so and has also made it very user friendly for education. Many people who were earlier looking to purchase a MacBook or an Macs are opting for an iPad because if the convenience that it offers with a lot of amazing features.

The 10.2″ iPad will also run the new iPadOS, which has been developed based on iOS with a lot more advanced features. Users will be able to multi-task between the Apps with the new swipe function and they will also be able to load a floating keyboard simply by pinching on the screen with two fingers.

The new iPad also features a new home screen layout and gestures for copying, pasting and other actions. There is also a new version of Safari that will bring the dektop-style experience to the iPad. The device will run on the A10 fusion chip with an exciting full day battery life. It will start shipping from 30th September.
