Xiaomi will be launching its newest Redmi Book on August 29th alongside its latest Redmi Note 8 smartphone series. The company had earlier launched the Redmi Book in May and the new version of this laptop with 10th Gen Intel processor will be releasing tomorrow.
The 10th Gen Redmi Book will come with a slightly expensive price tag than the previous model. Speaking of the specifications, it will offer a 14-inch display with an 81.2 per cent screen-to-body ratio. The laptop also includes HDMI, USB 3.0, USB 2.0, a full-sized keyboard and a 3.5mm audio jack along with Smart Unlock 2.0 feature.
The earlier Redmi Book model came with the Intel Core i7 processor along with Nvidia GeForce MX250 graphics and 8GB RAM. It has a 14-inch ‘ultra-narrow’ HD display and a battery capacity of 10 hours which supports quick charging. This laptop was launched at a starting price of 3,999 Yuan for the 256 GB model and 4,299 Yuan for the 512 GB model.
Xiaomi will also be revealing the Redmi Note 8 and Note 8 Pro variants at the launch event tomorrow in China. Redmi Note 8 Pro will house a 6.53-inch IPS LCD display with a 20-megapixel selfie camera inside the dot drop notch on the top of the phone. The rear of the device will have four cameras with primary Samsung GW1 64-megapixel lens with f/1.7 aperture, 8-megapixel ultrawide lens, a 2-megapixel macro video camera and a 2-megapixel depth senor.
Redmi Note 8 Pro will support 18W fast charging with a 4,500mAh battery and is posed to be the world’s first phone that will run on Helio G90T chip.
