Apple’s iOS 12.1 Will Feature New Emojis

Apple is adding new emojis to the beta versions of iOS 12.1 and the company has announced that these emojis will be available to all the iPhone, Mac, iPad and Apple Watch user by the end of the year. iOS 12.1 will have over 70 new emojis that will take the whole emoji experience to a new level.

The emojis will include people with red hair, grey hair, curly hair, and no hair. This has been long dues as earlier there were only emojis with straight hair which of course many people won’t agree with who have curly hair. So it’s a good addition along with the red hair option.

Some new animal emojis are also being added like the lobster, kangaroo, parrot, racoon, swan, llama. The sports emojis will have a new skateboard, a softball, a lacrosse ball and stick and a Frisbee. The food emojis will include lettuce, mango, a cupcake, and a mooncake. In addtion to all of this, there will also be emojis for hiking boot, travel suitcase, compass, bagel and a cupcake. Emoticons like lacrosse, cold face, party face, nazar amulet pleading face, superheroes will be available as well.

Apple had recently launched the new iPhones and the new Apple Watch Series 4 along with the new iOS 12, watchOS 5 and macOS Mojave at the company’s launch event in September. The developer beta for iOS 12.1 was launched today by Apple and there is no official statement as to when the final version will be available for all iPad and iPhone users.
