Group FaceTime Won’t Be Available In the First Public Version Of iOS 12

Apple has announced that it is delaying Group FaceTime in the initial release of iOS 12 for iPhones and iPads. The feature was made official by Apple during WWDC in June and now people will have to probably wait until the fall iOS 12 update.

The Group FaceTime feature allows you to add up to 32 people to video chat at the same time. During chat, users can also make use of Apple’s Animoji with different digital masks on their faces. The reason for the delay, as confirmed by Apple in its latest developer release of the software, is that it may not be ready for everyone to use and it will take a while for the company to push it through on iOS 12.
