Apple Is Looking For UI Designer To Shape Up Its AR

Ahead of Apple’s plans for its own Augmented Reality(AR) headset, the company is searching for a 3D UI Frameworks Engineer who can work on this project and come up with innovative technological ideas.

The job description by Apple reads as follows:

“Apple’s UI frameworks define the look and feel of our software and products. You will have the opportunity to build software that directly impacts the way both developers and customers interact with our products. You will work with some of Apple’s most advanced technologies including the Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) support offered in ARKit and Metal 2.”

The AR headset may debut by 2019 and start shipping by 2020. Reports are that it will involve its own operating system named rOS for ‘reality operating system.’
