Arto Nummela, Chief Executive Officer at HMD Global, re-launched Nokia 3310 phone, at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spain, Sunday, Feb. 26, 2017. Finland-based HMD Global is re-launching the simple Nokia 3310 model along with the other three Android Phones i.e. Nokia 3, Nokia 5 and the Nokia 6.
The iconic tech gadget Nokia 3310 is making way to the markets again with a bang ever since its first release in September 2000. The phone will feature a bigger display unlike the previous one with a resolution of 48 x 84 pixels and also with an extended battery life of almost 22 hours now.
Nokia 3310 is specially made to fit your style. It comes in four distinct colors including Warm Red and Yellow, both with a gloss finish, and Dark Blue and Grey both with a matte finish. The colours run through the material of the phone hence makes it better to use for the long run.
The device sports a 2.4” curved window with polarized layer for better readability in sunlight and has beautiful iconic push buttons on the outside. Enhanced features include a 2MP rear camera with LED Flash for basic photography and boasts a 16MB internal storage with MicroSD card slot with support up to 32 GB. The device is available as both, single SIM and dual SIM variants.
Nokia used to be one of the world’s biggest mobile phone manufacturers but it fell behind with the advent of iPhone and Android smartphones. But the upcoming launches are a ray of hope for the fans as they begin to set their legacy all over again.
