Google Maps Roll Out Multiple Destinations Feature In Single Trip For Android Phones

Google has come up with a new feature in Google Maps which lets you navigate to multiple destinations simultaneously when you want to look for directions in your android. Before this feature, if you wanted to look for other destinations during an ongoing navigation trip on your android phone then you had to close that ongoing trip and then start a new navigation trip.

Google will add all your visits on a timeline which is scroll-able, you can even add notes in that timeline. This timeline will help you figure out the places you visited, so no need to remember those complex routes. These new feature will available to you automatically you don’t have to update the app. If you have got these new features on your android phone follow these steps to use it-

  1. Launch Google Maps and search for desired location.
  2. Tap the options button (the one with three dots in the top right corner).
  3. When you tap on the option button it reveals an ‘Add stop’ function, click on it.
  4. Add stop lets you look for extra stops and then charts a route for you, with driving, walking or public transit directions.
