With iPhone growth slowing down, Apple is now turning to third-world countries to boost sales. With China and India helping Apple to sell the iPhone and other products, Apple’s Tim Cook is taking things even more seriously by opening up a new office address for Apple in Hyderabad. The purchasing power of Indians has become extremely powerful and since the iPhone is priced high in India than the rest of the market, it is still considered to be a luxury item which is why Android dominates the country.
The new office address in Hyderabad will be able to house 4,500 employees. Apple will also be opening up atleast 500 official stores in India. It has been selling devices through retail partners so far.
