According to Bright Side of News, their ‘reliable sources’ claim that the upcoming Nexus tablet, the Nexus 9, will be available for pre-order on the same day it is announced, which they believe is the 15th of October, instead of the widely rumored 16th:
Our sources are confirming that the HTC Nexus 9, which we had originally reported thanks to Nvidia’s own legal documents, will indeed be landing this month,” the report reads. Pricing is expected to start at $399, and the device will reportedly launch on November 3, when you’ll be able to get it from Google Play and “most major retailers.
They also ‘confirm’ that the Nexus 9 will shop with an NVIDIA Tegra K1 processor, an 8.9″ Quad HD Display, 2GB RAM, and internal storage of up to 32GB.
Since Apple hosts its iPad event on the 16th, it could make sense for Google to host their big reveal of the Nexus 6 and 9 a day earlier, but only time will tell.
