With the Xperia Z3 less than a month away from release at IFA 2014 in Berlin, China’s TENAA (Equivalent of the FCC) has just certified the upcoming Sony Flagship.
The specifications provided with the certification shows that the Z3 isn’t a huge step up from the current Z2. It sports a 5.2″ 1080p display, a 2.5GHz Quad Core Snapdragon 801 processor, Adreno 330 GPU, 300 RAM, 16GB Internal Storage, and a 20.7MP and 2.2MP rear and front camera, respectively.
The certification lists two devices with individual network bands, the L55t and L55u. The L55t device features TD-SCDMA and TD-LTE connectivity, and the L55u variant features WCDMA and TD-LTE.
The Z3 is also 0.85mm slimmer than the Z2 and is lighter as well. It is also expected to have similar water and dust proofing.
