Apple Ready To Open Second Store In Turkey

Turkey

Turkish blog ElmaDergisi has reported that Apple is soon going to open its second retail store in Turkey. The store is located at the Akasya Shopping Center, Istanbul. It is expected that the store may have a grand opening this fall along with the launch of iPhone 6.

The construction of the store is in full swing. The posted pictures of the store are taken from the inside and outside. The inside picture shows the shop’s front glass exterior with an Apple logo hanging very close to it. In the interior photos you can see the workers working on the flooring and tables being laid out.

Turkey’s other Apple Store is located in Zorlu Centre, Istanbul. It was opened in April and has a subterranean construction.

Angela Ahrendts, Apple’s SVP of Retail and Online Stores, has big plans to roll out new series of Apple Stores across the world. She wants to revamp the end-to-end Apple Store sales experience. She has laid great emphasis on China with plans to open around 20 new Apple Stores.
