The Executive Leadership Team of Apple has been expanded recently to include Apple’s Vice Presidents. The new team is placed below the Apple’s Senior Vice Presidents team on Apple’s Executive profiles webpage. The new members of the Executive Leadership Team are Paul Deneve, Lisa Jackson, Joel Podolny, Johny Srouji, and Denise Young Smith.
The divisions taken care of by these executives include Special Projects by Paul Deneve, Environmental Initiatives by Lisa Jackson, Apple University by Joel Podolny, Hardware Technologies by Johny Srouji, and Worldwide Human Resources by Denise Young Smith.
These positions are fairly new to Apple with some appointments last year and others earlier this year. Last year’s appointments include Paul Deneve joining Apple from Yves Saint Laurent, Lisa Jackson from the EPA and Srouji. The moves that happened earlier this year were of Joel Podolny going full-time on Apple University and Denise Young Smith getting promoted to Head HR.
All the Vice Presidents mentioned on the webpage directly report to CEO Tim Cook. Showcasing the VPs on the webpage also shows Apple’s gender diversity of having three women, including Angela Ahrendts, in Apple’s Executive Team.
