The OnePlus One is a unique phone. It has top notch specifications and a fairly low price tag at €269 (Approx. $365). So what’s the catch? You require an invitation from an existing user to purchase one.
Since the phone is quite new, it is no surprise that the developers have already begun planning ahead for its progression.
OnePlus announced today that they will be upgrading the One to Android 5.0 ‘L’, and while we got no specifics like am exact date, or whether or not all the functionality will be preserved, and what extra features it will contain, they have promised that they will release it “within three months” of the official Android L release, which will happen this fall.
