Google Launches Mobile Version Of Play Store Website

Play Store

Until now, had you wanted to visit the Play Store Website on your Android device, the Web page would not be optimized for the device, and you would have to navigate the desktop site. However, Google has now launched a mobile version of the Play Store Website, offering the full set of features and more.

You can use the website to purchase and download Apps to your Android device, and access and download a wide range of media. You can also use the site to purchase Android devices from the Play Store — a feature unique to the website.

The Site features a minimalistic and very Android-like appearance (no surprise there), with a slide out panel from the left to access different categories of content, as well as to access your account and your purchased Applications and Media.

You can experience the new website simply by going to on your Android device.
