iPhone 6 Renderings
Japanese magazine MacFan published some alleged drawings of iPhone 6 based on which MacRumors commissioned designer Ferry Passchier to create product renderings.
The images in the MacFan show two screen sizes 4.7 inch and 5.7 inch from the current 4 inch which also comes after Apple’s acknowledgement that “consumers want what we don’t have” i.e. consumers want less expensive and larger screen smartphones. The images show flat, bezel-free device with rectangle volume controls like in iPhone 5c. According to the drawings, the 4.7 inch phone will be 137×66 mm and 7.0 mm thick and the 5.7 inch model will be 157×77 mm and 6.7 mm thick. Also the 5.7 inch phone will have a bulging camera like in the current iPod touch. The power button shows a shift from right to left and camera flash is round again.
It is expected that iPhone 6 will be launched somewhere in September this year. According to AppAdvice iPhone 6 will have a scratch proof sapphire glass screen
