Just like previous years, Apple is offering a new 2014 version of their lucky bags for Japanese retail users. The $345 worth lucky bag is Apple’s annual traditional offering for Japanese customers. This time, there appears to be four different offerings of the bag each of which contain different products. Users can walk into their local retail store in Japan and pick up any bag without knowing its contents. The bag will include products at heavily discounted prices.
The one common product in all bags is the $79.95 worth Mophie Juice Pack Power Station External Battery. Each bag offers an Apple product along with accessories. One includes an 11 inch Macbook Air, the other includes a 16GB iPad Air.
One bag offers a 16GB iPad mini with Retina display, along with Jaybirds’ BlueBuds X ($169.99), Stem’s IZON IOS WRM-WA0–00 Remote Room Monitor ($99.95), Logitech’s Ultimate Ears Mobile Boombox ($89.99), and the Square Card Reader ($9.99, or free if you sign-up for an account).
