A discussion in the Apple forum and a report by The Globe and Mail suggests that hackers have got access to sensitive users information of certain users like their credit card information and their PayPal account details. The hackers appear to be using these details for fraudulent purchases on the iTunes store.
Apple is refunding the amount back to users that have been stolen, but the company is being scrutinized by users who claim that Apple is not taking the issue seriously enough. Apple’s customer care is also not accepting their mistake regarding this issue.
