android marketLast week, we wrote about the 4 games that every Android user must have. Now we are going to take a look at a few Apps that will help you stay productive. Since there are so many different kinds of productivity apps, we tried to pick the ones that would be relevant to as many people as possible.  So without further ado here they are.

1. Battery Widget

You want to know how much battery life you have left on your phone, but you don’t want to go into your phones settings to have to find it. Battery Widget brings your battery’s status and more right to your homepage. Other features include turning on and off your phone’s WiFi, GPS and Bluetooth. Again, why go all the way to your settings to do any of those things.

2. Google Docs

There are so many features in Android that are built around Google’s ecosystem of services. One of Google’s many services is Google Docs. If you are a user of Google Docs, this app will come in handy for you. You can view all your online documents, edit them, create new documents and do lots of other stuff with them. With so many features available at your disposal, I urge all users, to download this app. You’ll likely find that it comes handy.

3. KeePass Droid

Although KeePass Droid is technically listed under tools and not productivity, we’ve put it here because if you are a user of KeePass on your computer, this Android app can be one of the most useful productive apps you could have. KeePass is a program that runs on almost every OS available. It is a safe place to keep all your passwords stored. Since it remembers all your passwords for you, the only thing you have to remember is the master password to unlock the programs database. This app is especially useful if you use KeePass on your computer. If you have KeePass on your computer, it is easy to keep all your passwords stored on both your phone and your computer. The App still needs a few improvements, but makes my list of must have for the convenience it brings to those who want to store passwords on their phones.

After all is said and done, we have covered the top games and productivity apps available to Android users. Stay tuned for more categories. Which is your favorite productivity App for Android? We’d like to know.
