Apple Has Paid $2.5 Billion to Developers, More than 14B Apps Downloaded
Apple at WWDC today announced that more than 14 Billion Apps have been downloaded from the App Store in total. The company of-course has got its creative developers to thank for it. In return, Apple has paid developers over $2.5 billion overall.
Apple also announced that there are now over 90,000 Apps available in the App Store that are specifically tailored for the iPad. Just as the App Store, Apple’s iTunes music store has also been tasting astonishing success as usual. Users have downloaded more than 15 billion songs making it the #1 music store online. Users have also downloaded over 130 million books from iBooks.
