bleach iosBleach Bypass is an iOS App that allows you to add Bleach Bypass effects to your images taken from your device’s camera. “Bleach bypass, also known as skip bleach or silver retention, is an optical effect which entails either the partial or complete skipping of the bleaching function during the processing of a color film”, says Wikipedia.

It is a professional technique that you can apply on your pictures using Bleach Bypass for iOS. The App includes 7 bleach bypass effects that can be applied to any picture taken from your iOS device. Take picture from within the App, choose from seven different effects, and see the same picture in a whole new way.

You can also save the images into your camera roll, and also add geolocation to the image. Syncing and sharing capabilities need to be improved, and it would be great if uploading pictures to Dropbox would be available. The App saves all images in full resolution which is something amazing, as most other photography Apps tend to reduce the resolution.

After all is said and done, the App adds professional effects to your images for $0.99, but needs some enhancements.

    Thanks for your comments.

We have a number of improvements in the pipeline; and we may look at sharing options. Frankly, there are so many that it’s always contentious which ones to add; and we’re firm believers in the idea that the best apps for sharing – those that offer the most functionality – come from the social networks / providers themselves in the first instance. It also helps to keep our apps lightweight and more simple.

Agreed. The ever growing roster of social services makes it hard for developers to integrate most of them. Dropbox integration with photo apps is the latest trend, and it feels good as a user. Consider PicPlz for example.
