Apple has just opened up a new online service to further support its customers. The new service is dubbed “Express Lane” and can be accessed via the Apple website.
Apple already offers the best customer support in any industry and is striving to further improve it. You need to select a product from the product categories and enter the hardware number of the device. Once entered, you need to fill in your contact details and some additional information about the issue and Apple will contact you as soon as possible.
You could even log-in using your Apple account and Apple would list down all the Apple products you own. The new online service that aims to enhance customer support is available only in US and Canada.
